Hi, has anyone had any problems with retrieving a prize from the vault once the "buy" button comes up? I clicked the buy button once it popped up, but I was directed to a page that said xlm error??? I tried to buy twice, but same results. Anyone any ideas??
I think their system overloads as they only seem to have a few of the items they display. With the new system you will also (or should be) directed to a page where you have to fill out a security code. By the time you've done this..at least for me..you will then be told the item is SOLD OUT! Good luck if it's a popular item!
It could be that your buy order was too late. Others got in before you. I've been able to buy occasionally. My suggestion is to keep trying. It might be easier now that they limit you to a prize every 15 days.

If have sat literally refreshing the page and the moment the buy button appears I've pushed it. I HAVE gotten a few things since this points system has began, but never the most popular items that many are trying for. I'm not trying to discourage but that has been my experience. The 15 day limit should help, plus they generally have the same items again on another date. Surprisingly, the biggest help actually has been the security code. I heard that some really smart people had their computers set up to automatically claim prizage, giving nobody a snowball's chance in h...! So yes, keep trying.
Simply watch Omni TV each weekday at 5.30pm-8pm & 10pm-11.30pm on OMNI.1 & OMNI.2 for the Word of the Day. You have until 11:59pm the next day to enter the Word of the Day to see if you are a winner and earn 200 VIP points.
