Check under your transactions and see if you did put in the word of the day "debit" as the transactions DON'T LIE!!
Then if it says you did put in "debit" but no points were issued, e-mail them and tell them, as I've received responses from them in the past regarding contests on their OMNI page!!
Thanks Rock On - it does not indicate the choice of word, but I know that I put in debit. In the transactions it just said wrong answer - points. I've written to tech support, but doubt I'll hear anything. As with all the Rogers sites,tech support is no "support", in my past experiences.

I tried "debit" and it was the wrong answer.
It worked for me? Did you put it under "bonus codes" by accident perahps as it is the "word of the day"?
If it does not work, e-mail OMNI and I'm usre they'll credit your account, but sounds to me that you made a mistake in entering it, that's all!!
